1113.11 LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN.
   Low-impact development design is an acceptable alternative development technique provided that such design employs appropriate management techniques and includes provisions for long-term maintenance of facilities. Low-impact development design is a site design approach which seeks to integrate functional design with pollution prevention measures to manage land development impacts on storm water. Low-impact development design is intended to reduce impervious cover, minimize land disturbance, preserve, protect, and recreate natural landscape features, and facilitate infiltration and water detention opportunities.
