1101.07 SEPARABILITY.

The sections and subsections of these Subdivision Regulations are hereby declared to be mutually independent and the holding of any provision, section, subsection or portion thereof to be void, unconstitutional, or invalid for any cause shall not affect the validity of these Regulations as a whole, or any other provision, section, subsection, or portion thereof.
