1101.02 INTERPRETATION.

These Subdivision Regulations are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 711 of the Ohio Revised Code. In their interpretation and application, the provisions of these Regulations shall be held to be the minimum design and development requirements adopted for the protection of the public health, safety, comfort, convenience, and welfare.
