133.05 RECYCLING FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established a Village of Doylestown Recycling Fund.
   (b)   The fund is to be maintained by the Village Financial Officer.
   (c)   The fund shall be capitalized by grant money from the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Solid Waste Management District.
   (d)   The fund shall be used for the purposes outlined in the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Solid Waste Management District program.
