Right-of-way construction permits issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked at any time by the Village for good cause. The Building Inspector shall send notice of revocation to the permittee setting forth the grounds for such revocation. Notice shall be delivered or sent the permit holder at the address shown on the permit application. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Building Inspector with regard to revocation of a right-of-way construction permit shall have the right to appeal such action to the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals. Any such appeal of an administrative decision shall be filed in conformance with the procedures set forth in Section 1151.03 of the Zoning Code.
