Construction methods and materials used for any work authorized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall conform in every respect to the Codified Ordinances, the standards and specifications established by the Village and/or the Board of Public Affairs for such work, such specific condition or stipulations as may be attached to the right-of-way permit, and good engineering practices.
