725.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (a)   "Fence" means an enclosure at least six feet in height constructed of non-transparent material and maintained so as to obscure the junk in the enclosure from the ordinary view of persons passing upon the state, county, township and Village roads and adjoining property within the Village.
   (b)   "Junk" means old or scrap copper, brass, rope, rags, paper, rubber, junked, dismantled or wrecked automobiles or parts thereof, iron, steel and other old or scrap ferrous or non-ferrous material which are not held for sale or remelting purposes by an establishment having facilities for the processing of such materials.
