(a) The use of municipal water supply to water lawns during the emergency situation brought about by the extensive hot-dry weather conditions is prohibited.
(b) A ban on lawn watering will continue until the Board of Public Affairs declares the emergency conditions no longer exist.
(c) The penalty for a violation of this section for the first offense shall be for a minor misdemeanor.
