(a) Due to health hazards and irritation involving smoking and second hand smoke, Council has decided to ban smoking in all Village owned buildings which are open to public access.
(b) Designation shall be made by the placement of signs that are clearly visible and that state "No Smoking".
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
