351.17 PARKING ON HIGH STREET.
   (a)   Parking is prohibited on the east side of High Street from the intersection of Church street to the intersection of Chestnut Street.
   (b)   Said prohibition shall include the entire public right of way.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
