(a) Parking is prohibited on Portage Street except for those spaces designated in the Downtown Business District.
(b) Parking is prohibited on Gates Street except those spaces designated in front of the Village Park.
(c) Parking is prohibited on any other curbed street on the side of the street where the fire hydrants are maintained.
