Notice of regular or special meetings shall be made by placement of an announcement of the time, date, and place of the meeting on the Municipal website and posting of written notice at two (2) prominent places in the Municipality as determined by Council at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting. Notice of public hearings shall be in such manner and time frame as established by ordinance of Council.
