1335.05 APPEALS.

Any person adversely affected by any order of the Building, Zoning and Property Maintenance Official pursuant to this chapter may request a hearing on the matter by submitting a written request to the Planning Commission within five (5) days of receipt thereof. The Commission shall issue an order either affirming, reversing or modifying the order of the Building, Zoning and Property Maintenance Official.
