The rates for residential single-family/multi-family apartment per unit/condominiums per unit and commercial is as follows:
(a) Connection fee for water service $2,500
(b) Connection fee for sewer service $2,500
(c) Sewer pump station assessment fee $1,750
* Any unit in which its sewer flow is discharged to a Village-owned pump station
(d) Outside Village limits water tap in only $2,750
