737.99 PENALTIES.

Except as set forth below, violation of this chapter shall be classified as a fourth degree misdemeanor. In the event the operator of the ambulance has previously been convicted of a violation of this chapter within one year, a violation of this chapter shall be classified as a third degree misdemeanor.
