For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Private snow removal firms or individuals" means any person, company, firm or corporation who engages in the act of removing, pushing or plowing snow from property other than the personal residence or business premises of such person, company, firm or corporation.
