1519.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for a first offense and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
   (b)   Whoever violates § 1519.04(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a person may be convicted at the same trial or proceeding of a violation of § 1519.04(f) and a violation of R.C. § 2917.11(B), or a substantially equivalent municipal ordinance, that constitutes the basis of the charge of the violation of § 1519.04(f).
   (c)   Whoever violates § 1519.04(h) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
