11-4-2: PRE-APPLICATION MEETING:
Prior to the submittal of an application for a conservation plat or preliminary plat accompanying a planned unit development, the applicant or applicant's representative shall complete a pre-application meeting with the zoning administrator or designee. Pre-application meetings are optional for all other applications. The purpose of the pre-application meeting is to identify the subdivision process and affected agencies and to review overall design, preliminary utility and street design, on- and off-site improvements, and zoning requirements. The pre-application meeting does not constitute approval or denial of the project. (Ord. 172, 7-8-2021)
