351.15 DRIVER TO BE IN CHARGE OF LARGE COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.

No person shall stop or stand any truck or bus with a body more than eight feet wide or thirteen feet five inches high on any street or public place without the driver or chauffeur being actually present and in charge thereof. (Ord. 124-66. Passed 12-5-66.) Penalty, see 351.99
