351.10 PARKING NOT TO OBSTRUCT TRAFFIC.

No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in such manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway, street or alley for the free movement of vehicular traffic. (Ord. 123-66. Passed 12-5-66.) Penalty, see 351.99
