351.06 SELLING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY.

(b) Greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by sudden emergency. In such emergency such vehicle shall be moved or towed away with all due haste. (Ord. 126-66. Passed 12-19-66.) Penalty, see 351.99
