339.04 RESTRICTIONS ON-HAZARDOUS CARGOS.

No vehicle carrying explosives or flammable liquids as a cargo or such part of a cargo as to constitute a hazard shall be parked or stored within the City limits for a longer period than shall be necessary to load or unload the cargo.
