313.031 RIGHT TURNS ON RED PROHIBITED.

   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to make a right turn against a steady red signal at the following intersections:

   For westbound traffic traveling on Iron Avenue at the intersection of South Wooster and Iron Avenue;

    Southbound lane of N. Tuscarawas Ave. at Slingluff;

   For eastbound traffic traveling on Front Street at the intersection of Front Street and Johnson Avenue (during school hours).

   (b)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
