169.06 REFUSAL TO CONSIDER.
   The Administration and the Liability Claims Review Board shall have the discretion to refuse to consider any claim, if it is determined in its discretion, that such claim should be processed and adjusted by the City’s liability insurance carrier. Failure of the Administration or the Liability Claims Review Board to act upon a claim made against the City of Dover shall not be deemed an admission of liability; nor shall said failure to act be used as evidence in any claim or suit brought against the City and/or its employees, agents, or representatives.
