169.02 ESTABLISHED.

   (a)   There is hereby created a Liability Claims Review Board consisting of the following members:

      The Mayor of the City of Dover;

      The Service Director of the City of Dover;

      The Auditor of the City of Dover;

      The Law Director of the City of Dover; and

      The President of Dover City Council.

   (b)   The Liability Claims Review Board shall meet on an as needed basis to make determinations regarding liability claims made to it pursuant to the within chapter.
