169.01 PAYMENT BY ADMINISTRATION.

   The Dover City Administration is hereby vested with the discretion to authorize the payment of any liability claim made against the City of Dover, in an amount not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per claim, wherein personal injury or property damage is alleged to have resulted from the negligence of the City of Dover and/or its employees, agents, or representatives. Subject to the provisions of Section 169.05, below, the claimant shall be provided with written findings from the Administration concerning its determination regarding any claim made. (Ord. 23-02.
