167.01 ESTABLISHED.

   There is hereby created a Claim Adjustment Board which shall have authority to investigate property damage claims made against the City up to and including a sum not in excess of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). If after investigation, such Board finds the claim to be justified, then the Board shall have authority to adjust the claim or offer such adjustment in an amount to be determined by the Board.
