165.01 CREATION OF BOARD.

There is hereby created a Treasury Investment Advisory Board for the purposes of advising and reviewing investments of public moneys by the Treasurer of the City. The Board shall be comprised of the Mayor, Auditor and Director of Law of the City and shall approve or disapprove all investments made by the Treasurer prior to or within thirty days after such investments have been made.
