151.03 POWERS.

   The Boxing and Wrestling Commission shall organize itself by the election of one of its members as the Commissioner, who shall act as Chairman of the Commission, and the Commission shall designate what other officers are necessary and draw up its own code of regulations under which athletic exhibitions, boxing, wrestling and fisticuffs shall be held in the City. The Commission shall further have the power to designate a physician for the purpose of examining all contestants who participate in athletic exhibitions within the City, and no contestant shall compete in any of the athletic contests under the jurisdiction of the Commission without previously being examined by the doctor designated by the Commission.
