151.02 TERMS.

The term of the members shall be upon the initial appointment for one, two, three, four and five years, and upon the expiration of each term, a new appointment shall be for a period of five years. The members shall be residents within the City and they shall receive no compensation nor be under Civil Service. (Ord. 1713. Passed 12-6-48.)
