151.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

The Mayor is authorized to appoint a Boxing and Wrestling Commission composed of five persons, either male or female, for the purpose of supervising and controlling public exhibitions of boxing, fisticuffs and wrestling, which exhibitions are held within the corporate limits of the City. (Ord. 1713. Passed 12-6-48.)
