105.02 BOUNDARIES DELINEATED.

   The boundaries of the wards shall be as follows:

   (a)    Ward l.

      (l)    North boundary: The City limits;

      (2)    East boundary: The City limits on the west side of North Wooster Ave., southward on the west side of Wooster Ave. to the Tuscarawas River;

      (3)   South boundary: Along the north side of the Tuscarawas River from Wooster Ave. westward to Tuscarawas Avenue, northward on the east side of Tuscarawas Avenue to West Seventh St., on the north side of West Seventh St. and extending west to the City limits;

      (4)    West boundary: The City limits adjacent to 1-77.

   (b)    Ward 2.

      (l)    North boundary: Along the City limits from Parral to Crater Avenue Extension;

      (2)    East boundary: The City limits south to behind the dead-end of Evergreen Dr., along Winkler Drive, to the intersection of Winkler Dr. and East Seventh St.;

(3)    South boundary: The north side of East Seventh St. going west to the "dog-leg" on the west side of Short St. to the north side of East Sixth St. and west to North Wooster Ave.;

      (4)    West boundary: The east side of North Wooster Ave. northward from its intersection with East Sixth St. to the northern City limits.

   (c)    Ward 3.

      (1)    North boundary: From the intersection of North Wooster Ave. and East Sixth St. traveling east on the south side of East Sixth St. to the east side of the Short St. "dog-leg" to the south side of East Seventh St. to Winkler Drive and around the entire Weinsz Dr./Jennifer Dr. area;

      (2)    East boundary: Around the Weinsz Dr. area to Gibbs Ln., the eastern City limits southward to the north side of the Tuscarawas River;

      (3)    South boundary: The north side of the Tuscarawas River, westward to Wooster Ave.;

      (4)    West boundary: The east side of Wooster Ave. northward to the intersection of Wooster Ave and East Sixth St.

   (d)    Ward 4.

      (1)    North boundary: North, from the City limits at the extension of the south side of West Seventh St. to the intersection of West Seventh St. with the west side of North Tuscarawas Ave., southward to the Tuscarawas River, and eastward along the south side of the Tuscarawas River to the City limits;

      (2)    East boundary: Along the City limits with New Philadelphia;

      (3)    South boundary: Along the City limits with New Philadelphia;

      (4)    West boundary: Along the City limits with New Philadelphia.
