103.01 DATUM PLANE.

All elevations fixing street, curb, gutter, sidewalk and all other grades shall be referred to a plane, 100 feet below the top of the foundation of the standpipe of the Dover Water Works. (Ord. 108A. Passed 6-16-03.)
