123.01 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS POSTED ON CITY WEBSITE.

   (a)   The ordinances and resolutions of the City of Dover as enacted by Dover City Council in public meetings of Dover City Council, in addition to the ordinance and resolution book kept by the Council Clerk in the records room of Dover City Council, shall be posted on the City of Dover, Ohio website, presently known as Doverohio.com.

   (b)   The scanned document (ordinance or resolution as identified by the ordinance or resolution number) shall be a complete copy of each ordinance and resolution together with all appendices and exhibits incorporated the ordinance or resolution, including regulations adopted by those ordinances or resolutions. That scanned document and record of all ordinances and resolutions, together with the appendices and exhibits and regulations adopted by said ordinance or resolution as posted on the official website of the City shall be an official record of the ordinances and resolutions passed by Dover City Council as is the case with the Codified Ordinances already posted on the website. This electronic record shall be an official record of the action and passage of ordinances and resolutions of Dover City Council and the appendices and exhibits appended thereto and the regulations adopted thereby.
