731.11 REVOCATION OF LICENSE OR PERMIT.

   Any license or permit issued hereunder may be revoked by the Mayor for any one of the following reasons:

   (a)    Violation by the applicant, his employee or agent of the provisions of this chapter;

   (b)    Violation by the applicant, his employee or agent of any other ordinances, or parts thereof of the City or of any State or Federal law;

   (c)    Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for license;

   (d)    Fraud made in connection with his business, or

   (e)    The applicant is adjudicated to be a person not fit to be engaged in such business.
