731.10 HARASSING OR ANNOYING PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS; TRESPASSING.
(a) No peddler, solicitor or canvasser shall continue on a private residence after being requested or notified to leave said premises; nor shall any licensed or permitted peddler, solicitor or canvasser enter any private house or residence without being invited to come in.
(b) If requested to leave by the landowner or person lawfully occupying said premises, the permittee or licensee shall leave the premises of said person. Failure to do so is classified as a nuisance and trespass, and is declared to be a nuisance and trespass, and punishable as such nuisance or trespass as a misdemeanor. Notwithstanding the right of religious or political solicitation or proselytizing, the landowner or person lawfully in possession of said land shall be permitted to request that person to leave. Failure to leave shall also constitute a nuisance or a trespass, and may be punishable as a misdemeanor.
