939.05 EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

   Emergency situations shall require any entity to have a crew present within one hour of notice or notice attempted to the cell phone of email provided by the entity. The failure to respond, provide a timely repair crew and equipment, or the failure to do the work as directed by the City of Dover's electric field division representative, shall be deemed a consent by the attaching entity to permit either the work to be done or the disconnection of the attachment to allow the City to safely perform said work. Attachment yearly costs shall continue to be paid by the attaching entity. All costs incurred by the City of Dover to perform said work or disconnection shall be the responsibility of the entity attaching to City poles or occupying City right of ways, and shall be paid within sixty days or July l, whichever comes sooner.
