939.04 CONTACT INFORMATION.

   All entities that attach to city poles shall provide contact emails and phone numbers to a person that has authority to receive notice from the City and provide approval concerning repairs, replacement, or work to be performed on said pole or City facility. In the event, said contact is not provided and kept current to allow actual notice, no notice shall be necessary to permit work by City crews on said pole(s) or attachment(s). In the event of routine repairs or maintenance are needed, the City will endeavor to provide at least twenty-four hours' notice to allow the entity attached to our poles time to provide its own crew to do the work as scheduled and according to Dover's schedule.
