133.03 CREDIT CARD POLICIES.
   Council adopts and incorporates the provisions of Ohio R.C. 717.31 and 9.21 and 9.22 to the extent necessary to demonstrate responsible credit compliance policies as mandated by law. Council adopts the draft of the credit card policy attached to Ordinance 7-19 as Appendix A. Council designates the Assistant Auditor as the compliance officer. Council further delegates to the Auditor the right to temporarily assign compliance office duties to the Deputy Auditor or other designee, if there is a period (up to 90 days) when the Assistant Auditor would be unavailable due to vacation, sick leave, or other missed work unavailability.
