937.04 MEETINGS AND VOTING.

The Utility Accounts Review Board shall hold meetings upon call of the Service Director as necessary to review any pending appeals. A majority of three members shall be required to take action and two persons shall constitute a quorum. A decision by the Board shall be a final decision regarding the issue appealed to the Board.
