937.02 UTILITY ACCOUNT APPEALS AND BOARD MEMBERS FOR APPEALS.

   In the event that the customer remains dissatisfied with the decision of the Service Director, the customer shall have the right to appeal to the Utility Accounts Review Board. The Utility Accounts Review Board shall have three members: The Law Director, the Service Director, and the Utility Billing Office Superintendent, or their designees. The Service Director shall serve as secretary and keep all records. The Board shall designate a chairperson for each meeting at the commencement of the meeting.
