183.013 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

The funds collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the general fund of the City of Dover, and such funds shall be disbursed in the order determined by specific authorizations provided by Dover City Council, or in the following order:

(A) Such part thereof as is necessary to defray the cost of collecting the tax and enforcing the provisions thereof.

(B) The balance of the net available income tax receipts shall be used to defray the operating expenses of the City. (Ord. 45-15. Passed 12-7-15.)
