Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 733.19, Council creates the position of Deputy Auditor. The Deputy Auditor shall be in the unclassified civil service of the state and will be appointed as a deputy of the City Auditor pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.11(A)(28), and pursuant to that section be authorized to act for and in the place of the Auditor in the absence of or disability of the City Auditor.
