1355.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any provision of this Housing Code or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder or fails to comply therewith or with any written notice or written order issued thereunder, or refuses to permit lawful entry by the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator or other City department heads or their representatives, or interferes with, obstructs or hinders such Building and Zoning Codes Administrator, other City department heads or their representatives while attempting to make such inspection shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisoned not more than six months for each offense. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
