   1355.09 CITY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.
   The City Board of Zoning Appeals, as established by Chapter 1127, shall be the Board of Appeals for this Housing Code and its powers and duties and the procedures for appeal shall be as provided in Chapter 1127.
