1355.03 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

   Upon presentation of proper credentials the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator and other City department heads and their representatives may enter at reasonable times, or at such other times as may be necessary in an emergency, any dwelling, building, structure or premises in the City to perform any duty imposed on him by the Housing Code.
