1327.08 BOARD OF HOUSING APPEALS.

There is hereby established a Board of Housing Appeals, the members and officers of which shall be the same as the Board of Zoning Appeals. This Board shall have the authority to modify, rescind or extend the time for compliance with any order issued under authority of this Minimum Housing Code which is found, after hearing, to be unreasonable or which through its execution will cause undue or unnecessary hardship.
