1327.03 GARBAGE AND RUBBISH STORAGE AND DISPOSAL.

   (a)    Garbage may be disposed of in a garbage incinerator located within the dwelling or garage which has been installed in an approved manner.

   (b)    Garbage may be stored in fly-tight and watertight metal or plastic garbage storage containers, equipped with tightly fitting metal or plastic covers until disposed of.

   (c)    Garbage (grinder) disposals installed in an approved manner in the kitchen sink are permissible but must be kept in good, sanitary workable order.

   (d)    No loose rubbish or garbage shall be placed on the floor of any basement or cellar or any other part of any dwelling or on the ground surrounding any dwelling.
