1325.05 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No pool regulated by this chapter shall be hereinafter constructed or established unless a permit to do so is first obtained from the Director of Public Service.

A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for the issuance thereof.
