1323.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or disregards any of the provisions of this chapter, and whoever assists in the committing of any violation, shall, for each and every violation or noncompliance, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

Each day the violation continues, shall constitute a separate offense.
